• Papaya – A great source of Vitamin C, which helps to support a healthy immune system.
• Nettle – Rich in calcium to help support the development of healthy bones and teeth,
• Zucchini – Source of Potassium to help with nerve and muscle function.
• Pumpkin – Provides a source of Folate which is important in supporting cellular growth. It also contains a variety of healthy nutrients, including Vitamin C, Iron, Phosphorus and Magnesium too name a few.
